  • The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has formed committees for the resolution of small disputes between insurers and policyholders. In the case of any dispute, these committees aim to provide maximum relief. Three committees have been established in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, each consisting of three members: a senior chartered accountant, a lawyer, and a representative of the Insurance Association of Pakistan (IAP) to handle grievances.
