How to Avail:

To begin your enrollment and access subsidized therapies, please follow these steps:
- Submit Your Request: Send an email to cancersupport@jubileegeneral.com.pk with your case details.
- Provide Documentation: Ensure you attach your valid Jubilee General Health Card &/or e-Discount Card, your doctor's official prescription, and your Biopsy/CT Scan and any other relevant medical reports.
- Verification & Contact: The Jubilee General team will verify your case within 72 hours and funnel your case to Roche. A representative from Roche will contact you directly within 24 to 48 hours to complete your documentation to guide you further.
