Marine Port Package
Summary
The Insurance offers coverage towards legal liability of the port operators while in course of their operations, to any person or persons in case of:
Physical Damage – Loss or damage to Port Installations, Infrastructure or any third party property.
Third Party Liability- arising out of physical injuries or death attributable to Insured’s operations.
Wreck Removal – Costs involved in removing wreck arising out of insured’s negligence.
